Bernhard Moerker
Bernhard Moerker has over 12 years experience in management positions as BU leader and general manager, of which 6 years as CEO. He also held several directorships. He has broad management experiences in the area of process technology, plastics and aluminum processing, industrial metal processing and in the sector of professional coffee machines. He used to be over 20 years the Chairman of the Alumni Executive MBA HSG and is board member of the Alumni HSG (University of St. Gallen).
He studied mechanical engineering (Dipl-Ing. FH) and completed the Executive MBA HSG. He speaks German and English.
Chantalle Moerker
Chantalle Moerker has since 1997 experience in process improvement and project management, using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies within international global companies. As a board member she gained experiences of leading teams and direct reports and establishing processes for strategic development and project portfolio. At the same time, she has many experiences of project execution on the shop floor, improving productivity and increasing efficiency of operational processes. Next to the technical process improvement challenges, she also supports cultural themes and personal development processes by team building, leadership training, talent development programs and coaching of leaders and employees.
She studied Aerospace Engineering at the Technical University of Delft, Netherlands (M.Sc.), and Organizational Psychology from the Open University Heerlen, Netherlands (M. Psych). She is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and speaks German, English and Dutch.

Rolf Brunold
For over 25 years Rolf Brunold has been a trainer and coach for management-, communication-, presentation- and sales- trainings. He has trained over 5000 participants from many different sectors, age classes and functions and coached them to successfully reach their goals.
After completing his technical education, he worked as sales manager and operations manager in Switzerland and abroad, gaining broad management experience. He speaks German and English.
Eva Grill
Since 2001 Eva Grill has held positions in varying quality and process improvement functions within several international companies in the pharmaceutical and industrial sector. During four years, she introduced and led a global Lean Six Sigma initiative in an international organization. During this time she gained deep knowledge in the improvement methods Lean and Six Sigma and its implementation in different functional areas and leading teams and projects.
She studied quality engineering at the Technical University Kosice (Slovakia), is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and speaks Czech, Slovak, German and English.
Bernard Jouvel
Bernard Jouvel has over 18 years of management and business consulting experience. He has experienced, from previous positions as BU and general manager, the impact of coaching on his team's results. After several years of strategy and business consulting, Bernard now focuses on executive coaching, team building, talent management, and strategy facilitating workshops
He holds a Masters in Information Technology and speaks French and English.
René Kaiser
René Kaiser owns since 1981 a private practice as psychotherapist and successfully supports since decades companies and organisations in the areas of leadership, team building and organisational- development, mediation and conflict management. Through workshops, seminars and coaching of middle and top executives he accompanies cultural change processes.
He studied German, French and history, and at the same time psychology, philosophy and sociology with the main focus on the philosophy of science and communication. He speaks German, English and French.
Jürgen Meyer
Jürgen Meier has hold operative positions over 20 years as a CEO or COO within companies with EUR 5’250 million sales. His experiences as an operational leader are in the areas of manufacturing regarding structuring, development of relocations, sales, product development, ERP implementations and ERP changes, as well as strategic business development. He has working in various sectors, like plastics technology, electrical engineering, electronics, lighting / LED technology, cable and wire manufacturing, automotive supply industry, steel production and steel processing, cold forming and precision tool technology.
He studied mechanical engineering at the University of Kaiserslautern (M.Sc.) and speaks German, English and French.
Sabine Oberhardt
Sabine Oberhardt had held successfully various sales and management positions. Since 1999, she assists companies to achieve their goals successfully and offers as trainer and facilitator, team coaching, leadership training, sales training and coaching training. She coaches employees and leaders to become more successful in their lives, as well privately as professionally, by jointly working out individual success and balance strategies.
She completed various coaching-, consulting and trainer-educations and is as seminar leader, speaker and coach present in entire Germany.
Patrick Rigoni
Patrick Rigoni has held since 1998 various positions in the area of process improvement, with a focus on optimisation of planning and manufacturing. He has extensive experience in the implementation and development of planning tools, planning systems and planning processes within several large international companies.
He studied Biochemistry / Molecular Biology at the University of Fribourg (M.Sc/ PhD) and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt. He speaks German, English, French and Italian.
Gerhard Schobel
Gerhard Schobel has over 30 years experience as a seminar leader, therapist and in different management roles of social institutions. For more than 20 years he offers education in the areas of personal development, Psychosynthesis, leadership training and time management. He has completed various educations and personal development trainings among others in systemic supervision, coaching and organizational development.
As a seminar leader, speaker and coach, he is present throughout the entire German-speaking area.
James Török
James has over 20 years experience in management consultancy. His focus in the early times laid on cost reduction and process improvement (TQM Total Quality Management, ABC Activity Based Costing). As of 1997, he increased his involvement in process improvement, especially with the implementation of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. He also contributed by several publications in scientific journals on the subject of Lean Six Sigma. The compound of the technical elements of Six Sigma with the practical Lean principles of the comprehensive process management and adding the transformative aspects of process orientation in corporate development (incl. Lean Accounting) play important roles.
James Török studied Japanalogy at the Georgetown University in Washington, DC, and Business-Information at Boston University. Since 2003 he is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt. He speaks English, German, French, Dutch and Japanese.
Vahit Yldirim
Vahit Yldirim was more than 20 years as an entrepreneur. His group of companies employs several hundred employees in various sectors and at different locations in Turkey. He is also Vice Chairman of the most modern industrial parks in Istanbul (GOSB, Gebze Indurie zone).
He studied mechanical engineering and speaks Turkish, Russian and English.
